Business Review: UHY puts Foote in charge of Albany operation

UHY LLP has named Howard Foote as managing partner in charge of operations for its Albany, NY office.

Foote, 60, who is from the Albany-region, fills a void created by the Dec. 31 retirement of Richard Kotlow, who had been president and CEO of UHY Advisors NY Inc. and oversaw the affiliated CPA firm. Kotlow was succeeded by Michael Mahoney, who is based in UHY’s New York City office, leaving a management gap in Albany.
